The Help Hub
Overview
Registered Charity ‘The Help Hub’ offers a low cost face-to-face and online counselling service. They support adults in Oxfordshire who are either unable to access or cannot afford therapy.
Appointments are available Monday to Saturday including evenings with two consulting rooms for face to face sessions based in Woodstock. Current availability allows us to see people within two weeks of enquiry. An affordable range of fees is offered. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Offering counselling support for any reason including depression, anxiety, loneliness, PTSD, bereavement, stress, relationships, coping strategies and many more.

The Help Hub is supported by trainee therapists in their final year of training alongside a number of experienced psychotherapists, a multi-skilled Board of Trustees and Ethical Committee, and a Programme Manager.
