Their helpline is staffed by trained professionals who can provide expert advice and support. They support people with concerns about a child, parents or carers looking for advice, and professionals in need of information and guidance.

Due to an increase in demand across their service, their phone helpline is currently open Monday to Sunday between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
