Mind provide information and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding and will not give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

The support line is a safe space for you to talk about your mental health. Their advisors are trained to listen to you and help you find specialist support if you need it.

You’re looking for emotional support for your mental health and wellbeing

Legal Line
