Overview
Our Here for Health team offers a free health and wellbeing support service for patients, staff and visitors.
We offer telephone and video call support via ‘Attend Anywhere’.
You can contact us directly or ask to be referred during your appointment or stay at Oxford University Hospitals.
We focus on what matters to you and offer a range of support methods to help you plan for:
giving up smoking
becoming more active
eating a healthy diet
reducing alcohol intake
self-care for general wellbeing
managing weight.
We tailor your consultation to your individual needs, to make it as easy as possible to adopt small, sustainable and realistic lifestyle changes to improve your health and wellbeing.
We have a wide range of resources and can help you access a variety of community services, including free stop smoking and weight management support.

Patients may self-refer to our service, and professionals from both within and outside the Trust may refer patients to us.
Their line is open Monday to Friday 9-5.
Who is it for?
Anyone who accesses the John Radcliffe Hospital, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Churchill Hospital and Horton General Hospital.
