HERE is the new support service from Guideposts, providing online advice, phone support, and signposting to local services and specialist equipment knowledge. Limited access only to non-members. Membership fee required for unlimited access to phone and online services.

The helpline is is open Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
They aim to reply to emails within 2 working days.

Signposting to national and local services to support you.
As well as being a signposting service, they have a community link service, wellbeing coach service and have personalised support planning.

Supporting those with any learning/physical disabilities that are affecting day to day life.
Here also support the carers of these people too, and offer advice.
