Community Links Oxfordshire

Community Links Oxfordshire is an established local service available to all adults (over 18) living in the county. The service is provided by Age UK Oxfordshire, and funded by Oxfordshire County Council.

 

They listen and talk through what could make a difference to your life. Working  together at your pace to get the information you need, to make informed choices, and connect to activities or services that can support you in living well.
