Counselling Carers provides affordable, specialist counselling for anyone with a caring role.  All our counsellors have lived experience of caring, so you’ll be talking to someone who understands a little of your situation.

We provide a confidential space to talk to a qualified professional about your caring experiences and the struggles you are facing, and support people of all ages and from all walks of life.
